GEOKON is seeking a Temporary HR Assistant to provide essential administrative support to the Human Resources team during the summer period. This role focuses on maintaining accurate and well-organized HR records and supporting day-to-day HR processes. It is an excellent opportunity for a high school student, recent graduate, or anyone interested in human resources or administrative work to gain practical experience.

Requirements:
  • File and organize HR-related documentation (physical and digital).
  • Assist with data entry and updating employee records.
  • Provide general administrative support (photocopying, scanning, document preparation).
  • Partner with Quality Assurance to scan completed job packets and POs with material certifications.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and support continuous improvement.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Your Contributions

  • Enrolled in or High School Graduate with 0 to a year work experience.
  • Enrolled in or graduate of a degree program or technical school
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
