AVID Energy Solutions, a Mass Save® Partner, is seeking an experienced, outgoing and highly motivated, Part-Time Customer Intake Coordinator / Sales Development Representative to join our team in Sutton working Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours and earning $55,000+ with uncapped commissions by assisting prospective customers in reviewing their needs and scheduling no-cost home energy assessments with cutting edge tools and technology to improve homeowners energy efficiency and utility cost savings.

As our Customer Intake Coordinator You will be responsible for qualifying Massachusetts an New Hampshire homeowners and renters to see if their residence qualifies for energy efficient incentives and a no-cost home energy assessment from the Mass Save program. This will include fielding a high volume of inbound and outbound calls as well as emails and working within the company Salesforce CRM and Hancock scheduling tool.

Essential Job Functions/ Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and schedule Massachusetts homeowners and renters for no-cost energy assessments
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails from prospective customers 
  • Complete a high volume of outbound calls and emails to interested customer leads and referrals
  • Reach and exceed agreed-upon monthly marketing and sales targets
  • Set follow up appointments and emails as necessary to support customer prospects
  • Working with the Marketing, Sales and Customer Service teams to properly identify and assign customer and lead inquiries
  • Follow a proven marketing and sales process to achieve goals within the desired deadline
  • Schedule customer home energy assessment appointments for our Energy Efficiency Specialists
  • Work within Salesforce CRM and EPlus home energy assessment software
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in insulation technology and energy efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years similar experience in sales or marketing of residential home work or construction
  • 1+ years of experience with the Mass Save® program or similar residential home auditing program a plus
  • Prior experience in a high-volume phone sales handling outbound and inbound calls and email
  • Prior experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Proficient in English, if you speak Spanish or Portuguese it's a plus
  • Self-motivated and an ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills: must display patience, humor and helpfulness at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and manage deadlines to achieve goals
  • Consent to a background check and drug test screening
