This approach is commonly used by organizations experiencing rapid growth, launching new projects, or opening new locations. Mass hiring typically involves streamlined recruitment strategies, use of technology for applicant tracking, and coordination among multiple departments to efficiently fill positions. The goal is to quickly attract, evaluate, and onboard qualified candidates while maintaining hiring quality.
