Position Summary
As the Sr. Director, Functional Relationship Management for Commercial, you'll lead the IT & Digital partnership across both Marketing and Sales for Nestlé USA. Serving as the single point of integration between multiple IT product groups and senior commercial leaders in the business, you'll translate commercial strategy into a coherent, value-driving digital roadmap and ensuring that what gets built moves the needle on growth, share, and consumer engagement.
This role drives Nestlé's Enterprise Digital Transformation (EDT) in the Americas, owning the execution of key commercial initiatives like Partner to Sell (P2S), partnering with global sales, EDT governance, and market leaders, turning strategy into scalable solutions. Building strong partnerships with the Chief Growth Officer organization, Sales, Brand, and Category leaders, you'll help shape and prioritize a unified Marketing + Sales technology roadmap.
  • Own and drive a unified Marketing + Sales digital roadmap aligned to Nestlé2030, MBS (Marketing Business Services) 2.0, and global EDT strategy
  • Shape and prioritize demand across the commercial IT portfolio; resolve cross-functional priorities with peer FRMs (Functional Relationship Managers).
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial technology initiatives, ensuring measurable business outcomes (revenue, ROI, adoption)
  • Influence global product roadmaps and ecosystems (CRM, CDP, Trade Promotion, eCommerce, etc.) to reflect market needs
  • Drive innovation through GenAI, advanced analytics, and connected commerce, while aligning with enterprise governance
  • Manage commercial IT investments, optimizing spend, retiring legacy systems, and ensuring strong value realization
  • Represent commercial priorities in enterprise governance forums, driving timely decisions and effective escalation
  • Lead and develop a unified Commercial FRM team, fostering a high-performing, integrated IT&D organization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
  • 12+ years of progressive IT & Digital or Commercial experience
  • 5+ years of experience FRM, BRM, or commercial technology functions at a senior level partnering with executive Marketing and Sales stakeholders to define and deliver digital strategy, with hands-on expertise across Martech and Sales Tech ecosystems (e.g., CRM, CDP, Trade Promotion, SFA, eCommerce)
  • 5+ years of direct leadership experience building and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams
  • 3+ years of experience operating within product-based IT models and utilizing Agile/SAFe methodologies for delivery
  • 2+ years of experience applying advanced analytics, GenAI, or AI-driven solutions within commercial use cases (e.g., personalization, sales enablement).
