As the Digital Commerce & Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate closely with brand marketing to redefine customer engagement strategies across the digital landscape. In this pivotal role, you'll translate brand objectives into innovative digital solutions, driving business growth while ensuring a seamless user experience across our portfolio of brands. With your expertise in eCommerce, digital marketing, and brand technology, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact and help shape the future of our digital commerce strategy.   • Digital Commerce Strategy: Lead eCommerce, social commerce, and shoppable media efforts to drive shopper conversion

    • Set metrics, guidelines, and multi-channel strategies to meet business objectives

  • Marketing Technology & Compliance: Deploy new tools while ensuring security, legal compliance, and user adoption

  • Budget & Partnership Management: Oversee multi-million-dollar budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships

  • Customer Engagement & Promotions: Support email marketing, customer segmentation, and marketing journey strategies

  • Cross-Team Collaboration & Systems Integration: Strengthen internal and external partnerships while driving improvements

  • User Experience & Best Practices: Ensure seamless functionality through interface design and documentation

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, Information Technology or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce / Digital Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.

  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership.

  • Strategic problem solver with leadership experience in driving team solutions.

  • Expertise in eCommerce & digital marketing (SEO, Content, Social, Web, API).

  • Strong financial acumen, with knowledge of profit drivers and revenue analysis.

  • Technical proficiency in system optimization and IT solutions (PIM, DAM, CRM, CMS).

  • Excellent communicator, fostering collaboration in cross-functional teams.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Individual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, location of the position, the candidate's qualifications and experience, internal equity, external market pay for comparable positions and budget considerations.
