This is a temporary position.
JOB SUMMARY
The Manager, Distribution Connectivity supports the execution of reservation transformation for third-party channels as part of the Digital and Technology Transformation (DTT) program. Within this multi-year initiative, the role is responsible for driving deployment activities, enabling property activation, and ensuring post-launch stabilization across third-party channels. This manager collaborates closely with the Deployment team, Channel Operations and Support, Revenue Management and external technology partners to enable a seamless and timely transition for Marriott hotels into the next-generation ecosystem.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major

4+ years' experience in the business, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
OR
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in business or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance.

Preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results, effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and communicate issue details clearly in real time.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a service mindset.
  • Experience working with CRS systems, OTA's, and/or technology partners.
  • Experience in a business side role that interreacts heavily with technical teams preferred.
  • Experience working in a ticketing or incident management environment.
  • Strong understanding and capabilities utilizing Microsoft Office suite.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
  • Manage the end-to-end process for product build on third-party channels for migrating and existing hotels, including preparation and processing data extracts from the CRS.
  • Execute prerequisite technical and operational tasks to support configuration and activation of migrating hotels to the new CRS.
  • Execute day-of-cutover migration activities for third-party channels.
  • Support post-go live stabilization efforts, logging production incidents and escalating per defined protocols.
  • Troubleshoot, identify and resolve production incidents, data issues, configuration gaps, and property concerns for third-party channel connections.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ARI and booking errors across third-party channels, ensuring timely escalation and resolution to minimize disruption and maintain partner performance.
  • Maintain process documentation and training resources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with evolving workflows and partner requirements.
  • Proactively identify and implement system and process enhancements to drive efficiency, reduce friction, and improve scalability across operations.
  • Perform other duties as appropriate.
