About Relentless Beats
Born from the desire of founder Thomas Turner to bring underground music to Arizona, Relentless Beats has climbed the ranks to be recognized as one of the Southwest's most prolific independent promoters. From club shows to music festivals, Relentless Beats now produces over 400 events a year, featuring close to 500 unique artists in states that include Arizona, New Mexico, Hawaii, and Texas. Marquee events include Goldrush Music Festival, PHXLIGHTS, Body Language, DUSK, Decadence AZ, and several concert series featuring some of the globe's biggest acts.
Key Responsibilities in the Position Include:
  • Assist with upset customers (unless matter must be escalated to manager)
  • Work closely with manager of team to ensure all job duties are fulfilled correctly and efficiently throughout the duration of the event
  • Maintain understanding of the festival map and layout
  • Assist guests with directions, lost and found, upgrades, and other tasks as assigned
  • Assist with beginning-of-shift set-up
  • Upsell customers to higher ticket types using knowledge of each type available
  • Assist with end-of-night breakdown as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to fans
  • Set a positive example for the team, providing leadership and support when necessary
  • Other tasks as assigned

You might be a great fit if you have the following knowledge, skills & abilities:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Wrstbnd ticketing platform is a plus
  • Experience with Tixr Platform and POS is a plus

Education & Experience Requirements
  • Must be at least 21+ years old
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or another industry role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems (as trained)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and occasional holidays

Work Location & Hours
Work will take place on site of the events - typical set up starts an hour before doors open.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments
  • May experience a wide range of temperature climates on job sites
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for extended periods
  • Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
  • Ascending/descending stairs
  • Lifting objects up to 25 lbs
