Job description

Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned remodeling company for over 40 years! We are seeking a Marketplace Barista and Associate who embodies our company culture, demonstrates innovation and integrity, and will help us uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service and quality work.
Marketplace Barista and Associate Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency; current Food Handler's Permit upon hire, required.
  • 1+ years of barista experience; familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Square POS, and various applications; knowledge of our brands and events, preferred.
  • A passion for coffee and building community.
  • Effective interpersonal communication, time management, and organization skills.
  • Directed decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenging situations.
Marketplace Barista and Associate Responsibilities:
  • Attend goal-setting meetings with management and the team.
  • Ensure the Bar is open and functioning on assigned days to prepare beverages, food, and support with training new hires.
  • Update the daily Bar inventory needs to arrange deliveries and pick-ups for perishable and non-perishable products and materials.
  • Work the floor to sell merchandise and assist inventory process of receiving, tagging, and merchandising as needed.
  • Represent our brands at on-site and off-site events.
Pay: $14.00-$15.00/hr. plus tips and bonuses.

Schedule:
  • On-site, part-time, 16-32 hours per week, .5-hour meal break, non-exempt.
  • Rotating schedule Monday-Friday (7:00am-5:30pm).
  • Rotating Saturday (7:30am-3:30pm).
