Marketplace Retail Associate – Isla Bella Beach ResortJob Summary

Isla Bella Beach Resort is seeking friendly and energetic Marketplace Café & Retail Associates to join our team in the Florida Keys. This role combines retail sales and café service, assisting guests with merchandise purchases while preparing simple food and beverage items such as coffee, tea, sandwiches, pastries, and grab-and-go items.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with guests in a fun resort marketplace environment.

Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Employee housing may be available.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests in the Marketplace retail and café area

  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service

  • Prepare beverages such as coffee, tea, and café drinks

  • Prepare simple food items including sandwiches, heating pastries, and grab-and-go items

  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process payments accurately

  • Assist guests with selecting retail merchandise and snacks

  • Inform guests about promotions, featured items, and resort offerings

  • Restock retail items, snacks, and beverages throughout the day

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and retail areas

  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications
  • Previous retail, café, barista, or customer service experience preferred

  • Friendly and guest-focused personality

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced guest service environment

  • Basic POS or cash handling experience preferred

  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
