Benco is seeking interns to support various departments:

  • Digital Marketing Intern - supports the Digital Marketing team with day-to-day campaign tasks across email, social media, and digital marketing projects. This role helps prepare and review campaign materials, organize social content, track assets and links, and assist with basic reporting. The intern will work from approved materials and team direction while learning how digital marketing campaigns are planned, launched, and measured in a B2B (business-to-business) environment. Key responsibilities include:
    • Assists with execution of email, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinates campaign assets, calendars, QA, tracking, and reporting across digital channels.
    • Supports organic and paid social media, content organization, and campaign performance analysis.
    • Collaborates with internal teams and vendor partners to manage creative assets and marketing documentation.
  • Marketing Marketplace Intern: performs a combination of administrative and project-based functions. This position will gain valuable experience positioning vendor partners to maximize customer understanding and influence sales. Key responsibilities include:
    • Supports marketing projects that promote vendor partners and increase product awareness.
    • Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to identify target markets and promotional opportunities.
    • Assists with social media, search marketing, sales tools, reporting, and performance analysis.
    • Provides administrative and project support for marketplace marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing and Sales Enablement Intern: plays a key role in supporting the execution of Clarion Solutions' marketing strategy and sales growth initiatives. This position is responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives like social media and ad placement, internal and external communications, developing sales enablement resources, supporting training initiatives, and assisting with strategic partner relationships.

    The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners. Key responsibilities include:

    • Supports execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales enablement initiatives.
    • Coordinates marketing assets, communications, social media content, and campaign calendars.
    • Assists with presentation development, branding projects, partner relationships, and marketing material audits.
    • Provides project coordination and administrative support for marketing and sales initiatives.

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

  • Must be currently enrolled at time of internship in an undergraduate or graduate program majoring in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Communication, Journalism, Graphic Design, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field at the time of internship.
  • Ability to work up to 16 hours per week
  • Ability to work onsite as needed in Pittston, PA
