Job description

Provides administrative support to the Marketing Manager and Account team for all Marketing initiatives and support the execution of all shipboard visual and marketing projects.

What you'll be doing:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project & Overall Marketing Support:

  • Maintain annual marketing calendar and ensure projects transition as needed
  • Develop briefs for marketing execution needs
  • Manage projects through Workfront software (initiation, project status)
  • Coordinates approvals through internal teams
  • Help with project management of marketing needs to ensure projects are maintained within their timelines
  • Partner with product brand marketing team on execution of asset deployment
  • Partner with Visual & Marketing lead to ensure total spend remains within budget.

Liaison with Shipboard Teams:

  • Ensure that all marketing needs and initiatives, are executed with shipboard teams
  • Help facilitate and maintain processes to ensure delivery of marketing needs
  • Maintain shared communications to shipboard team with updated necessary assets
  • Partner with Merchandise and Planning team members for regular floor plan updates or initiatives to ensure shops reflect latest marketing needs and messaging

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

  • 3 -5 Years of Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with the highest standards for quality and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to follow through on tasks, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Positive approach and willingness to accept new projects as required.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to handle multiple routine tasks and requests from marketing Manager and Account team.
  • Ability to effectively deal with multiple departments throughout the organization.
  • Creativity and design experience is a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Other:Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkSome flexibility in hours is permitted, employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and must work 30 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Physical Demands:Office environment with frequent sitting, walking and standing, occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand and finger coordination enabling use of office machinery. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. Oral and auditory enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication automated devise such as the telephone.
