Job description

Salary: $18-$22

Job Purpose

This is a Temporary part-time role. The Marketing Temp will provide short-term support to the Marketing Department by maintaining accurate databases, assisting with internal and external requests, supporting event coordination, and serving as backup for marketing communications. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What You'll Do

  • Update marketing database with Terminations, New Hires, Promotions, Title Changes, etc.
  • Collect data for Service Department requests.
  • Organizing Sharepoint files.
  • Assist with event coordination such as managing marketing materials, help with packing materials, transporting, and organizing supplies.
  • Collect and Organize photos/videos from the events.
  • Back up the Marketing Assistant on the Company Newsletter during their absence.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with SharePoint is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
