Summary

DO Supply is seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute content initiatives across our digital marketing channels. This role is responsible for managing content strategy, overseeing content production, and ensuring consistency across website content, social media, email marketing, blogs, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with editorial expertise and a deep understanding of how content drives SEO performance, brand authority, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, brand standards, SEO goals, and conversion performance
• Oversee all written website content, including product pages, category pages, landing pages, and supporting copy
• Lead blog strategy, editorial calendars, and long-form content initiatives that support thought leadership and organic traffic growth
• Oversee website imagery and visual content, including product photography, lifestyle imagery, and brand assets
• Manage social media content strategy, content calendars, and execution across multiple platforms
• Oversee email marketing content and campaign messaging in support of broader marketing initiatives
• Establish and maintain content standards, workflows, and approval processes
• Audit, optimize, and refresh existing content to improve SEO performance, engagement, and relevance
• Use analytics and performance data to guide content strategy and improve content effectiveness
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, and leadership teams to support strategic initiatives and campaigns
• Lead, mentor, and develop content team members while ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met
