The Opportunity
As an Alliance Marketing Senior Manager - Google, you will focus on developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with external channels to drive business growth and enhance customer experience. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will create and implement channel strategies, manage relationships, and optimize distribution channels for maximum effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with brand management, marketing, and sales teams to drive revenue growth, promote services, and enhance brand visibility.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, solving complex problems and applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action or escalate issues. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm. In this role, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify opportunities, and validate outcomes with stakeholders. You will also direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Collaborating with external channels to create and implement effective channel strategies that optimize distribution and customer experience
- Managing relationships with channel partners to enhance performance and drive business growth
- Utilizing market research and digital marketing techniques to engage clients and capture new business opportunities
- Leading teams in crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within channel management
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
- Validating outcomes with stakeholders and acting on feedback to improve processes and strategies
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience in marketing channel partner management and optimization

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
