Job Responsibility :
  • Product Marketing Campaign Planning: Develop, oversee, and execute the implementation of a Product Marketing campaign calendar to drive exposure and performance of domain products.
  • Team player: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (retail, marketing, product, and operations) to ensure alignment on customer engagement strategies and campaign execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics, such as GMV and domain growth, to assess the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Engagement Strategies:
    • Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts through innovative channels and collaboration with other Marketing functions(e.g., social media, email marketing, partnerships, search engine marketing, etc.).
    • Perform regular quality checks to ensure consistency and effectiveness in campaigns. Offer data-driven recommendations to optimize engagement workflows and enhance campaign strategies
  • Project Leadership: Assign and oversee team projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met while balancing workloads effectively.

Qualifications (Required):
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
  • 4- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing campaign management, customer engagement, or a related area.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience coordinating cross-departmental teams.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven experience with customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and social media platforms
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for beauty and household products and understanding of respective customers
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs

Qualifications (Preferred):
  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer brand industries.
  • Previous involvement in leading customer engagement campaigns across diverse channels.

Please note that this role is responsible for planning and executing product-focused campaigns across our website and app to promote our products,such as new launches, seasonal promotions, bundles, and growth initiatives.
The goal is to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue through on-site placements, campaign calendars, customer segmentation, and performance optimization,not social media marketing campaigns.
