About the Role

This Senior Analyst, Marketing Operations role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing experiences. The position plays a key role in managing national and test planning cycles, aligning cross-functional teams, and helping advance marketing insights and analytics capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning for national and test marketing cycles, including calendar development, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Drive quarterly planning cycles by collecting and aligning inputs from Brand, Product, Digital, Finance, and Insights teams.
  • Facilitate kickoff and alignment sessions to define objectives, priorities, and business context.
  • Maintain integrated planning calendars and ensure timeline accuracy across initiatives.
  • Coordinate working sessions and governance meetings, including agenda creation, decision tracking, and follow-up.
  • Prepare executive-ready bulletins, readiness documents, and summary materials to support launch planning and execution.
  • Partner with Product, Menu, and Digital teams to identify dependencies, sequencing needs, and feasibility considerations.
  • Support insights and analytics program coordination by aligning measurement capabilities with planning workflows.
  • Identify process risks, gaps, and misalignments and recommend practical solutions.
  • Maintain and improve planning tools, templates, and governance materials that support scalable operations.
  • Coordinate internal and external milestones, including pre-reads, presentation content, and decision materials.
  • Potentially support loyalty-focused planning initiatives by connecting experience planning with customer engagement strategy.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, experience planning, program management, or cross-functional marketing coordination.
  • Strong understanding of marketing planning, campaign execution, or product launch coordination.
  • Experience working across Marketing, Product, Digital, Finance, and Insights teams.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, milestones, and interdependent workstreams.
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience creating executive-ready presentations and materials.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with planning and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
