Job description


  • Execute day-to-day configuration and activation support for loyalty offers, rewards, challenges, and promotional mechanics across Zeta/Marigold and Byte Commerce.

  • Translate business requirements into accurate loyalty configuration, audience eligibility, offer logic, timing, launch plans, dependencies, and QA requirements.

  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing, Product, Engineering, QA, Data & Analytics, Operations, agencies, and vendors to confirm feasibility, testing needs, and launch readiness.

  • Validate campaign builds through testing, audits, and review of audience segments, offer eligibility rules, reward logic, and promotional setup to ensure promotions launch accurately and deliver the intended customer experience.

  • Troubleshoot loyalty activation issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution across internal and vendor teams.

  • Maintain documentation for campaign setup, dependencies, QA steps, platform limitations, handoffs, and repeatable procedures; support post-launch validation by documenting learnings and recommending improvements for future activations.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, loyalty programs, CRM, e-commerce, promotions, platform configuration, or a related function.

  • Degree or equivalent years of experience in Marketing, Business, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Experience translating campaign or business requirements into platform setup, QA criteria, launch execution, and operational handoffs.

  • Experience with audience segmentation, eligibility rules, offer mechanics, reward logic, configuration audits, troubleshooting, and testing/QA processes.

  • Experience with loyalty platforms, CRM/campaign tools, CDP/audience segmentation tools, offer configuration, or digital promotion systems; Zeta/Marigold, Byte Commerce, Braze, Treasure Data, JIRA, or Confluence is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of data, relational concepts, HTML/CSS, APIs, or technical troubleshooting is a plus.
