Work Schedule

This is a fulltime, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible.

Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Commercial Support

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to the RWD commercial organization, ensuring sales teams have the messaging, content, and tools needed to effectively engage customers and accelerate opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials including sales presentations, customer leave-behinds, objection handling guides, competitive battlecards, solution overviews, FAQs, executive briefing materials, and product messaging guides.
  • Partner with Commercial, Product Management, and Medical to create customer presentations and customized content that support strategic customer meetings, business development opportunities, and executive engagements.
  • Equip the sales team with consistent messaging and value propositions across products, disease datasets, and platform capabilities, ensuring alignment throughout the customer journey.
  • Identify content gaps by partnering with commercial teams, gathering field feedback, and incorporating customer insights into future marketing and enablement materials.
  • Support product launches by developing internal launch communications, sales readiness materials, training resources, and customer-facing assets that enable successful commercialization.

Customer Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute integrated go-to-market plans for new RWD products and platform capabilities, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, email, website, social media, paid media, webinars, conferences, and account-based marketing programs to generate awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.
  • Support industry conferences, customer events, webinars, and product launches by developing messaging, promotional campaigns, booth content, and post-event engagement strategies.
  • Develop customer-centric messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored to pharmaceutical and biotechnology audiences, translating complex scientific and technical capabilities into clear, compelling marketing communications.
  • Create and maintain customer-facing marketing assets including solution briefs, thought leadership, case studies, web content, landing pages, conference materials, customer presentations, videos, and campaign content that support the customer journey.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing and Analytics teams to optimize campaign performance, monitor marketing KPIs, measure ROI, and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and conversion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Product Management, Medical, Digital Marketing, Brand, Creative, Analytics, Legal, and external agencies to successfully plan, prioritize, and deliver marketing and commercial enablement initiatives in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Leverage market insights, competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and AI-enabled marketing technologies to continuously strengthen messaging, improve customer experiences, optimize marketing performance, and identify new growth opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 7 or more years of experience in B2B healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare technology marketing.
  • 2 or more years of experience marketing Real World Data (RWD) or Real World Evidence (RWE), healthcare data, diagnostics, or clinical research.
  • 2 or more years of experience developing integrated marketing campaigns, sales enablement programs, and customer-facing content that supports commercial growth.
  • 2 or more years of experience supporting consultative B2B sales teams through strategic marketing and sales enablement.

Additional Job Standards

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical drug development, evidence generation, and life sciences commercial organizations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Workfront, Eloqua, Marketo, and other marketing automation platforms, digital marketing analytics, SEO, and account-based marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific or technical concepts into compelling customer messaging and sales materials.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience working across highly matrixed organizations.

Labcorp is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to help accelerate the growth of our Real World Data (RWD) business. This role is responsible for developing integrated marketing programs while serving as a strategic marketing partner to the commercial organization. Working closely with Product Management, Commercial, Medical, Digital, Brand, and Analytics teams, the Customer Marketing Manager will execute customer marketing initiatives, develop sales enablement resources, and translate complex scientific and data capabilities into compelling customer stories that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing campaign execution with enabling sales teams to effectively communicate value throughout the customer journey.
