The Marketing Manager (2 positions available) leads the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies and campaigns that contribute to organizational goals for our work supporting older adults with low income. This role drives the creation of marketing plans, content, and collateral aligned with business priorities, writing strong copy for print and digital materials, and ensuring consistency with overall brand and marketing strategies.
Partners with Volunteer Program, Financial Wellbeing, Development, and Grants teams to strengthen audience engagement, guide messaging, and advance business objectives. Oversees project workflows and implementation while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Tracks and evaluates campaign performance, using data and insights to inform and refine strategies in response to evolving needs and priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Supports internal and/or external teams and clients by creating proposals, presentations, and other materials using product/program information, data, and media insights. Assists with planning, creation, and execution of various strategic marketing communications.
  • Consults and collaborates with cross-functional teams, colleagues, and leadership to deliver effective programs and other client offerings that advance organizational goals.
  • Monitors the competitive landscape and market trends to identify new opportunities for the organization to shape products, programs, and/or services most relevant to the target audience.
  • Provides guidance on marketing best practices and campaign strategies to colleagues and/or external partners as necessary. Advises campaign stakeholders about next steps, opportunities, and risks based on best practices and lessons learned.
  • Observes, reviews, and measures the campaign outcomes, proactively elevating lessons learned to key stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, content, direct mail, print, social media, digital advertising, and other marketing channels.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Basecamp, or similar tools to manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience measuring campaign performance, interpreting marketing metrics, and using insights to optimize campaign strategy and execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively across teams, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing competing priorities while meeting deadlines and incorporating feedback from cross-functional partners.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with experience reviewing marketing content for accuracy, quality, brand consistency, and regulatory or organizational compliance.
  • Experience working within established brand standards, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all marketing materials.
  • Working knowledge of creative and marketing technology platforms, including Canva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing and digital asset management tools.
