Soltesz is seeking a creative, organized, and collaborative Marketing Manager to support the firm's marketing, communications, branding, and business development efforts.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys variety and wants to make an impact across multiple areas of marketing. From managing social media and website content to coordinating proposals, events, and brand initiatives, the Marketing Manager plays a key role in helping Soltesz grow its visibility, strengthen client relationships, and support strategic business goals. 

We're looking for a self-starter who combines creativity with strong organizational skills and enjoys working with professionals across a variety of disciplines.

What You'll Do

As Marketing Manager, you'll support a broad range of marketing and business development activities throughout the firm.

Marketing & Communications

  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, brochures, project sheets, resumes, presentations, and other promotional content. 
  • Coordinate and manage website content updates to ensure information is current and engaging. 
  • Create and manage social media content that highlights company projects, culture, employees, and achievements. 
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials. 
  • Identify opportunities to enhance Soltesz's visibility, reputation, and overall brand presence.

Business Development Support

  • Coordinate and support preparation of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and interview materials. 
  • Assist with SF 330 submissions, client questionnaires, and procurement-related documents. 
  • Track opportunities, pursuits, and business development activities. 
  • Maintain project, resume, and marketing databases to ensure information remains accurate and up to date. 

Events & Firm Initiatives

  • Support conferences, sponsorships, networking events, recruiting events, and client appreciation activities. 
  • Assist leadership with special projects and strategic marketing initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with technical staff and office leadership across multiple locations. 

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience. 
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. 
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with social media management and website content development.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • Experience with CRM or marketing database systems, such as Deltek Vision. 
  • Experience supporting proposals or business development initiatives.
  • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry is helpful but not required.
