The Role

The Marketing Manager will play a central role in shaping and executing AV Stumpfl's marketing strategy across the United States.

This position combines content creation, event marketing, digital campaigns, brand management, and partner engagement. You will collaborate closely with sales, international marketing teams, reseller partners, and industry stakeholders to increase brand visibility, generate demand, and showcase the innovative technologies that make AV Stumpfl a global leader.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, an organized project manager, and a hands-on marketer who thrives in both strategic planning and day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
  • Develop and manage campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with global marketing leadership to ensure alignment across regions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on data and market feedback.

Content Creation & Brand Management

  • Create compelling content including case studies, email campaigns, customer success stories, website content, and social media posts.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms and communications.
  • Support the company's online presence through content development and ongoing digital engagement.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends within AV technology, live events, virtual production, and creative media industries.

Events & Industry Engagement

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, exhibitions, partner activations, and industry events.
  • Create and capture engaging social media content from trade shows, project sites, and customer events.
  • Collaborate with partners and industry organizations to maximize event visibility and audience engagement.
  • Manage event logistics and support post-event lead nurturing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales teams to develop messaging, tools, and marketing programs that support business development efforts.
  • Coordinate with PR agencies, video production teams, and reseller partners on co-marketing initiatives.
  • Support lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
  • Manage the U.S. marketing budget and proactively identify discrepancies or opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications

Required

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the AV, technology, creative media, or related industries.
  • Proven success developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and content creation
  • Experience planning and executing trade shows, events, and partner marketing initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and similar digital tools.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable design software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for industry events and company initiatives.
