The Opportunity:
The Marketing Manager leads corporate, property and development marketing initiatives across a portfolio of mixed-use and retail destinations. This role is responsible for social media strategy, content planning, digital marketing initiatives, creative coordination, and campaign execution across corporate and property channels.
 

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, creative, and adaptable marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and is comfortable collaborating with executives, property teams, creative partners, and external vendors. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
 

Job Type: Regular, full-time, in-person

What You'll Do:
Social Media & Content Creation

  • Develop and lead social media strategy, and content direction across corporate channels and selected properties
  • Own social content calendars, scheduling, channel planning, and community engagement initiatives
  • Capture onsite photo and video content using company camera equipment (Canon, DJI Pocket, drone)
  • Create short-form and social-first content using platforms such as CapCut and Canva
  • Partner with leadership and creative teams to develop content aligned with brand, leasing, and development priorities
  • Support executive-facing social media initiatives and thought leadership content development.

Creative & Brand Support

  • Coordinate and manage the development of marketing collateral including presentations, leasing materials, signage, email graphics, and pitch decks
  • Maintain brand consistency across corporate and property marketing efforts
  • Direct and collaborate with internal creative teams, freelancers, and external vendors to execute campaigns and initiatives

Digital Marketing & Communications

  • Manage content updates and digital marketing initiatives across websites, email marketing platforms, and social channels
  • Execute email marketing campaigns through platforms such as Salesforce (MailChimp and HubSpot also a plus)
  • Oversee organization and tracking across multiple active marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables
  • Develop and deliver marketing reporting, campaign recaps, and performance insights
  • Collaborate alongside Trademark's PR team to support press releases, media opportunities, announcements, and corporate communications initiatives
  • Assist with podcast recording and production using Riverside.fm

Leadership

  • Provide day to day direction and mentorship to interns and junior marketing support roles, as applicable 
  • Lead improvement to marketing workflows, project coordination, and content planning processes across the department
  • Own project, timelines, e stakeholder communication, and prioritize deliverables across multiple initiatives
  • Exercise independent judgment in day-to-day campaign execution, content planning, and vendor coordination.

Events & Marketing Support

  • Lead and support onsite events, activations, and marketing initiatives as needed
  • Provide occasional evening or weekend support for events and content capture
  • Travel periodically for property visits, conferences, and company initiatives

Special Projects

  • Complete additional marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned 

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table: 

Experience & Industry Knowledge

  • 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably within commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, lifestyle, or agency environments.
  • Experience leading social strategy, digital marketing initiatives, and creative content production.
  • Experience managing external vendors, freelancers, or agency relationships preferred.

Creative & Technical Skills

  • Strong Canva skills with proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to support marketing workflows and content development.
  • Experience creating photo, video, and social-first digital content.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as ClickUp, CapCut, Riverside.fm, WordPress, and WP Engine.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM platforms is a plus.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with executives, cross-functional teams, vendors, and property teams.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive and positive approach to problem-solving. 

Organization & Adaptability

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
