About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead census development and referral growth for our skilled nursing facilities in the North Platte and Sutherland area. The ideal candidate brings proven SNF marketing experience, strong hospital and community relationships, and a track record of driving admissions.

Responsibilities of Marketing Director:

  • Interact with community leaders, social workers, case managers, and nurse managers to maintain and develop referral relationships.
  • Work with the admissions department to meet long and short-term census goals.
  • Develop and provide information for marketing materials or representation as needed.
  • Oversee all social media outlets and update them regularly.
  • Create, manage and monitor new business development plans.

Requirements for Marketing Director:

  • Marketing experience.
  • Clinical knowledge and ability to read a PRI.
  • Excellent oral and communication skills.
  • Connections with local hospitals 
  • Excellent sales, marketing, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
