You'll:

  • Assist customers on the showroom floor and provide exceptional service.
  • Answer incoming calls and connect customers with the right team members.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
  • Support marketing efforts and customer outreach campaigns.
  • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Work alongside the Sales Manager to identify sales opportunities.
  • Help create an exceptional customer experience every day.
