Who you are:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing Coordinator who brings comprehensive expertise in both graphic design and social media management. In this role, you will be the visual and digital voice of our organization. You will conceptualize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, design compelling visual assets for our clinics and outreach programs, and manage our day-to-day social media presence.The ideal candidate is a hands-on creator who understands how to blend strong visual design with effective digital strategy to engage local communities.

. The Marketing Coordinator will:

  • Design high-quality visual assets for digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media graphics, web banners, direct mailers, clinic signage and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with organizational branding guidelines and effectively communicates our core messaging.
  • Prepare files for print production and coordinate with external vendors for the delivery of physical marketing materials.
  • Develop creative mockups for new branding initiatives, community outreach events, and facility updates.
  • Develop, schedule and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
  • Write engaging, plat-form specific copy tailed to our local communities and patient demographics.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, community feedback and engagement opportunities, responding appropriately to audience inquiries.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaign performance, reach and frequency.
  • Collaborate with Director of Marketing to execute broader strategic initiatives, including service expansions and community awareness campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of multi-channel advertising copy, including digital ads and radio scripts.
  • Organize and maintain a digital library of marketing assets, provider biographies and brand materials.
  • Support community outreach efforts, youth programs and local events through targeted promotional strategies.



What you need:

  • 3 years hands on professional experience in marketing, graphic design, and social media management. Experience with audio editing, video production or utilizing AI tools for creative asset generation preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Advanced proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent industry-standard tools.
  • Expert knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling tools and native analytics.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising (e.g. Meta Ads Manager) and campaign performance tracking.
  • Current BLS/ALS certificate
  • Must pass Occupational Health Screening.
  • Must possess a valid form of identification as listed on the U.S. Department of Justice I-9 form, verified using the E Verify system.
  • Clean DMV driving record and MACT auto insurance driving eligibility (determined by auto insurance carrier).


The position requires an awareness and keen appreciation of American Indian traditions, customs, and socioeconomic needs and the ability at all times to meet and deal effectively in contacts with Indian health organizations which requires tact, courtesy, discretion, resourcefulness and good judgment in handling functions of a sensitive nature.
