Job description

Marketing And Business Development Coordinator

We are conducting a search for a motivated Marketing and Business Development Coordinator with a bachelor's degree in marketing or business and 24 years of marketing or business development experience within a law firm.

What You'll Do:
  • Managing the Firm's Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, including data quality, user license management, marketing lists, reports, etc.
  • Assisting with CRM training.
  • Learning and utilizing Concep and other software tools as needed to support the distribution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assisting with the Firm's website, social media accounts, and blogs.
  • Assisting with editing various marketing materials.
  • Collaborating with the marketing/business development team members and performing other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of marketing and/or business development experience. Law firm experience is preferred
  • Superior aptitude for detail and accuracy while exhibiting a high degree of critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Must work well under pressure and be a self-starter, problem-solver, proactive thinker, and team player.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and ability to maintain confidentiality are required.
