About the role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing/AI Manager to lead Firematic's marketing efforts while helping us use AI and automation to work smarter across the company. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is equal parts creative marketer, digital strategist, and tech-savvy problem solver.
This person will own Firematic's overall marketing strategy across our companies and divisions, including branding, content, website, digital campaigns, recruiting marketing, and sales support. They'll also help identify ways AI can improve efficiency, content creation, communication, and customer experience.
What you'll be doing

  • Manage digital marketing, website content, social media, email campaigns, and branded materials
  • Create content and campaigns that support sales, recruiting, customer relationships, and brand awareness
  • Bring consistency and creativity to how Firematic shows up online, in print, at events, and in the field
  • Use data, testing, and analytics to improve website performance and marketing results
  • Identify and implement AI tools and automation that improve marketing, communication, and internal workflows
  • Partner with leadership, sales, HR, and operations to support growth and company initiatives
  • Help tell the Firematic story in a way that reflects who we are, what we do, and the people we serve

What we're looking for
  • Strong background in marketing, digital strategy, e-commerce, content, or brand leadership
  • Experience building and improving websites, campaigns, and customer-facing content
  • Comfortable using AI tools, automation, and analytics to improve efficiency and results
  • Creative thinker who can also execute and get things done
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Someone who can fit into a fast-moving, family-owned business and build something meaningful

Why Firematic
This is an opportunity to build and shape marketing at a growing company with a strong reputation, great people, and a mission that matters. If you're excited by the idea of blending marketing, creativity, technology, and AI in a hands-on leadership role, we'd love to talk.
