Job description

SUMMARY
Interview and document respondents' opinions and/or answers to market research surveys by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Reads established scripts to respondents.
  • Calls prospective participants in designated market areas to administer market research interviews to qualified respondents.
  • Enters names, addresses, opinions, answers and reactions of respondents into computer , clarifies vague or unclear responses, probes to obtain complete and clear answers.
  • Enters respondents' replies to open ended questions verbatim.
  • Effectively uses the CATI interviewing system.
  • Follows instructions of Supervisory staff.
  • Maintains company productivity and quality levels
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION
High school graduate preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret English aloud with exceptional confidence.
Bilingual Research Associates must also read and interpret Spanish at an exceptional level.

Ability to type 25 words per minute.
