  • Demonstrated success in building and developing leaders - not simply managing teams, but applying talent management tools, development plans and partnership with L&D, HR improve leadership capabilities and competencies.
  • Proven expertise in make-to-order production environment and utilization of Lean methodology tools to sustain manufacturing processes.
  • Experience managing and adhering to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
  • Strong ERP proficiency required; SAP experience preferred.
  • Solid financial acumen, including, cost control, budgeting, and productivity analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate strategically - balancing long-term planning with operational execution.
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Must have experience working in a matrix environment.
