Job description

BUILD TECHNOLOGY THAT MATTERS:
Extreme Endeavors designs and builds innovative IoT, automation and SCADA technology for water and infrastructure systems throughout West Virginia and beyond. Our products help communities monitor critical infrastructure, identify problems faster and operate their systems more efficiently.

We're looking for a hands-on, organized leader who can keep a manufacturing operation moving while maintaining the quality and reliability our customers depend on. You'll oversee the assembly of electronic and IoT devices, coordinate technicians and interns, manage materials and production workflows, and work closely with our engineering and field teams to make sure our products are built right and ready for the job.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
In the Shop:
  • Oversee the assembly and production of electronic devices and IoT systems.
  • Organize parts, inventory, component sourcing and assembly procedures.
  • Coordinate technicians, interns and production staff.
  • Maintain quality standards, documentation and production records.
  • Read and maintain wiring diagrams, assembly instructions and technical documentation.

Improve the Process:
  • Identify ways to make production more efficient and reliable.
  • Develop better workflows and pre-assembly strategies.
  • Coordinate with engineering and field teams to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Help expand production capacity as the company grows.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We're looking for the right person, not someone who checks every box.
You may have a background in electronics assembly, manufacturing, production management, industrial controls or another related field. Experience with soldering, PCB assembly, wiring harnesses, IoT hardware or small production teams is a plus.

You'll need to be:
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on shop environment.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Able to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
  • A good problem solver who looks for ways to improve how things are done.
  • Comfortable coordinating and leading a small team.
  • Able to work independently while communicating effectively with engineering and field personnel.

WHERE THIS JOB CAN TAKE YOU:
This is an opportunity to help build and shape a growing manufacturing operation.

As Extreme Endeavors expands, you'll have the opportunity to take greater ownership of production, quality control, workflow development and manufacturing strategy. You'll work with innovative IoT and automation technology while helping establish the processes that allow the company to grow.

WHAT EXTREME ENDEAVORS OFFERS:
  • Competitive pay based on experience.
  • Hands-on experience with IoT, automation and electronics technology.
  • Opportunities to grow with a developing company.
  • A small-team environment where your work has a real impact.
  • The opportunity to help shape and improve our manufacturing operation.
  • The chance to build products that support critical infrastructure and benefit communities.

READY TO BUILD SOMETHING?
You don't have to know everything on day one. We want someone who's capable, organized and ready to take ownership. If you enjoy building things, improving processes, working with people and technology, and want the opportunity to help shape a growing operation, we'd like to hear from you.
