What You'll Do

Lead Continuous Improvement

  • Champion Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across the site
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Drive both local and global CI projects that deliver measurable value

Be a Problem Solver

  • Investigate and resolve process, product, and tooling issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
  • Optimize workflows, layouts, and equipment utilization to improve performance

Collaborate & Influence

  • Partner with the Manufacturing Manager and cross-functional teams
  • Train and support teams in Lean tools, Kaizen events, and best practices
  • Communicate process updates and ensure smooth adoption of improvements

Enhance Operations

  • Recommend and support capital equipment investments

What You Bring
