The impact youโ€™ll make

Oversees the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products. Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs. Acts as liaison with engineering in releasing new products. Develops systems to maintain reports and record keeping of company products. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

  • Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers supporting production, escalations, quality improvement and manufacturing readiness activities
  • Develop manufacturing strategy supporting business growth and factory readiness
  • Establish manufacturing strategies that improve quality, labor efficiency, throughput, and cycle time performance.
  • Drive resolution of manufacturing escalations, line-down events, and cross-functional operational issues.
  • Support global manufacturing sites through standardization, best-practice sharing, and technical leadership
  • Lead manufacturing readiness activities for new products introduction following the product, design and release process
Who weโ€™re looking for
  • 8+ years of manufacturing, operations, industrial engineering, test engineering, or related engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience leading technical engineering teams.
  • Proven experience coaching engineers, developing talent, and building high-performing teams.
Preferred qualifications
  • Demonstrated success leading Manufacturing Engineering teams in a high-mix, high-complexity manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs including labor hours, cycle time, first-pass yield, quality, and productivity metrics
  • Experience transitioning products from development, pilot, or prototype stages into high-volume manufacturing.
