ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is responsible for a variety of tasks within the manufacturing environment.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH  

  • Helping maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Performing general housekeeping within production facilities.
  • Performing tasks such as shoveling, sweeping, organizing, etc., as needed.
  • Assisting operators in production when necessary.
  • Reporting all problems that may inhibit the production of a quality product to the immediate foreperson and supervisor.
  • Operating a lift truck, power, or air tool to accomplish designated tasks.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is essential for this position.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education: high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Field of Study Preferred: N/A

Required Work Experience: Two years of manufacturing experience

Travel Requirements: N/A

Additional Requirements:

  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators. Employees who are required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
