Job description

You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Associate Manager for the ARRW Production Manufacturing Engineering team. Our team is responsible for providing support to daytoday activities across different sites to ensure quality, cost, and schedule goals are met.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Manufacturing Engineer Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading the ARRW Production Manufacturing Engineering team and ensuring program objectives are met.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Lead the ARRW Production Manufacturing Engineering team, coordinating with Program Managers, IPT/IST Leads, Chief Engineers, suppliers, and the customer.

  • Develop and mentor Level15 individual contributors, fostering technical growth and career progression.

  • Drive improvements in cost, schedule, quality, and safety across the missile production line.

  • Communicate risks and program status to functional leaders, ensuring alignment with objectives.

  • Oversee manufacturing engineering processes, ensuring compliance with standards and supporting continuousimprovement initiatives.
