Your Mission
Join our dynamic manufacturing support team of operators who are cross trained to make production more efficient and work more interesting. Operators are trained to work in four different areas - Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. Learn new skills, understand how work flows across departments, and be part of a collaborative work environment! If you are hardworking, dedicated and eager to grow your career, apply now. Manufacturing experience is preferred; however we provide training. This a non-exempt position with pay starting at $21.00 per hour.
How you will make a difference
  • Read, comprehend, and execute shop order requirements.
  • Follow standardized manufacturing procedures, performing quality checks to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Operate standard hand tools, presses, pneumatic tools, gauges, test equipment, hoists, and other machinery.
  • Accurately interpret blueprints to perform job functions.

What you should be good at
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting standardized work instructions, safety guidelines, and operating and maintenance manuals.
  • Strong practical judgment with the ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Competent in basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Skilled in manual dexterity, with the ability to efficiently produce various products in a work cell environment.
