Now Hiring: Manufacturing Associates – Material Handling & Machine Operations
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity | Starting Pay: $17–18/hr

We are currently hiring dependable, safety-focused individuals for temp-to-hire Manufacturing Associate positions. These roles support both material handling and machine operation functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow with a company long-term.

Available Shifts:
• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Monday–Thursday)

Position Overview:

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will support production operations by safely moving materials, operating equipment, maintaining inventory, preparing finished goods for shipment, and ensuring products meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Move, organize, label, and stage materials throughout production and warehouse areas
  • Supply production lines and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery, including saw and cutting equipment as assigned
  • Set up machines and perform changeovers according to work orders and specifications
  • Read production schedules and record production data accurately
  • Inspect finished products for quality and verify measurements meet specifications
  • Prepare, package, tag, and stage finished products for shipping
  • Load and unload materials and trailers as needed
  • Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and leadership teams to meet customer expectations
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
  • Forklift certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain, if applicable)
  • Basic computer skills and experience with production systems are a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
  • Frequently lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull materials as needed
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
