Manufacturing Labor
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Manufacturing Laborer Associate for a company based in Manassas, VA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support a growing operation known for hands-on training, steady work hours, and long-term career development in the industrial and construction-support field.
Pay Rate
$16.50 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday: 5 × 10-hour shifts
Saturday: 8-hour shift
General Labor Associate’s Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing components for building and bridge structures
  • Support the preparation, assembly, or packing of construction-related products
  • Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
  • Follow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and company procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
General Labor Associate’s Qualifications and Requirements
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation to and from the Manassas facility
  • Strong attendance and punctuality to support daily production needs
  • Commitment to safety and willingness to follow all safety protocols
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment
