Join Marvin Composites as a Night Shift Beginning Pultrusion Operator and play a hands-on role in manufacturing composite components within required specifications. This position supports the efficient operation of pultrusion and extrusion equipment while contributing to a consistent, high-quality product. Work is guided by Marvin Composites' Quality Management System, with opportunities to help improve processes along the way.

Highlights of your role
  • Perform quality checks throughout the pultrusion and extrusion process to ensure products meet specifications 
  • Set up, operate, and shut down equipment while maintaining proper tooling care and fiber loading techniques 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, documenting key process variables to support consistency and quality 
  • Disassemble, clean, and reassemble pultrusion dies to support efficient operations 
  • Support team development by providing on-the-job training to colleagues and assisting as a Pultrusion Inspector when needed 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including managing hazardous waste streams

  • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed processes and uphold quality standards in a manufacturing environment 
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment or production issues 
  • Comfort working on a 12-hour shift and performing hands-on, physical work 
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement
