Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Manufactoring Associate / Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor paper sheeting equipment to ensure products meet quality standards while maintaining production goals. This is a hands-on position that involves machine setup, quality inspections, troubleshooting, material handling, and equipment maintenance.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing or machine operating experience, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Operate paper sheeting equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality and size specifications are met.
  • Set up and adjust machinery for different paper sizes and product runs.
  • Monitor machine performance and maintain production targets.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and make minor adjustments as needed.
  • Report maintenance concerns to supervisors promptly.
  • Complete production and quality control documentation accurately.
  • Communicate equipment status and production updates during shift handoffs.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines.

Physical Requirements
