Job description

Manufacturing Associate II - 1st Shift, M-F, 6am -2:30pm.
Required Skills:
  • Proficient in computer skills, including e-mail, MS Office applications, and ERP Systems
  • Ability to identify and document defects
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English communication is essential. Additionally, the ability to understand and adhere to company procedures and complex work instructions conveyed in writing or verbally is required
  • Thrives in collaborative team settings within an assembly line environment
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with basic math and language skills. 
Preferred Skills:
  • Two years of assembly experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Experience in electrostatic discharge (ESD) environments is beneficial
  • Preferred candidates will have experience working within highly regulated industries such as aerospace or medical sectors
  • Basic knowledge of 5S standards
  • The candidate should possess strong attention to detail and maintain accurate records in compliance with FDA Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and Solta Medical's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
