Job Scope/Overview

We are looking for a qualified Manager to manage our team, provide effective guidance and meet high standards in cleanliness. You will be responsible for managing and motivating team members assessing training and ensure all team members follow OSHA, airport, and company policies.
The Manager will additionally be responsible but not limited to ensuring the safety of the staff, timely gathering of timecards, ordering of supplies, meeting the needs of our clients, and providing work as needed to each client.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Motivate team members.
  • Discover training needs and provides coaching.

  • Is responsible for all day-to-day operations, performance, supervision, and control of services provided and ensures that these services are performed in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Must be fully familiar with the requirements of his/her responsibilities to include the schedules and ensure the proper skilled staffing levels are met.
  • Shall implement policies and procedures relating to all services covered by the application of specifications.
  • Shall be responsible for the supervision and training of his/her employees to ensure compliance with all provision’s duties.
  • Shall issue reports and summaries as required and upon request.
  • Shall develop and implement long-range maintenance and repair plans for equipment and systems.
  • Shall be responsible for the training of all employees in the performance of their duties.
  • Must ensure that the work responsibilities are allocated properly among subordinates by the development and implementation of manpower schedules.
  • Shall establish and coordinate work methods, procedures, and work-scheduling programs to result in a safe, reliable, and efficient operation ensuring the ability to meet required goals.

  • At least three (3) years of experience in managing service operations.
