Job description

Our Client located in Holland, Michigan is looking for a CNC Machinist to train on 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) before moving to 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm)

 

Job Title: CNC Machinist
Location: Holland, Michigan
Pay Range:$18-$20/hr

 

What’s the Job?

  • CNC programming, setup and operation.
  • Conventional tool room equipment operation including mills, lathes and grinders.
  • Maintain work area to meet and exceed company standards.
  • Possible hire in opportunity w/great attendance and performance.

 
CNC Programming, set-up and operation. must be able to demonstrate competency in all aspects of CNC machining.
Knowledge of cutting tool speeds, feeds, material types, CAM programming, print reading, precision measurements.
Using conventional tool room equipment including mills, lathes and grinders.
Will be reading and understanding mechanical drawings and critical features

What’s Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED (Vocational education preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Demonstrated skill in programming/operating CNC equipment
  • Ability to read/understand mechanical drawings and critical features
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, climbing on ladders and into and beneath machines.
