Millennium Corporation is seeking a DoD Program Management Analyst in Warren, MI. An active Secret Clearance is required for consideration.

The Program Management Analyst will:

  • Manage a complex Department of Defense (DoD) engineering/technical program
  • Serve as a Point of Contact through the project life cycle, from the original concept through final implementation.
  • Interface and coordinate with high-level staff, contracting officers, engineers, and government stakeholders.
  • Provide program input and recommendations to leadership for program action
  • Ensure work is compliant with federal and DoD regulations (e.g., Federal Acquisition Regulations)
  • Develop timelines, track progress, and ensure all milestones and deliverables are met on time.
  • Define the scope and objectives of the project and develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Manage taskers to ensure priority actions are properly executed throughout the organization
  • Lead project meetings and prepare briefings, papers, minutes, calendars, and action items
  • Prepare required presentation materials for on-site and off-site events.  

  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (Business Administration/Management, Project Management, etc.)
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience with a Master's Degree in a relevant discipline (MBA, etc.)
  • An active Secret security clearance
  • Knowledge of DoD Instructions 5000.02 - Operation of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework and FAR.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Previous and recent experience coordinating the management of military acquisition programs (preferably ground combat vehicle systems).
  • Knowledge of the vehicle acquisition procurement process preferred.

  • Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
