Scanning Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to assist customers and internal teams with software and technology-related questions. The Technical Support Analyst will troubleshoot application issues, investigate reported problems, provide clear technical guidance, document resolutions, and coordinate with the appropriate teams when additional assistance is required.
