Job description

Seeking a detail - oriented and analytical Workday Reporting Analyst/Lead to support and enhance Workday HCM reporting capabilities. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high - quality reports, dashboards, and data solutions that enable informed decision - making across HR and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday reporting tools, data governance, and problem - solving, with a proactive approach to managing requests and delivering timely insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workday Reporting Analytics
    • Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports including:
      • Advanced Reports
      • Matrix Reports
      • Composite Reports
  • Create and manage complex calculated fields, including nested calculated fields, to support business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Workday dashboards and Discovery Boards to visualize HR data effectively.
  • Ensure reports are optimized for performance, usability, and accuracy.
Stakeholder Support Service Delivery
  • Manage and resolve reporting - related queue tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Provide timely troubleshooting and root cause analysis for reporting issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Workday.
  • Proven experience as a Workday Reporting Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules and business processes.
  • Hands - on expertise in Workday Report Writer.
  • Advanced knowledge of:
    • Calculated fields (including complex and nested logic)
    • Data sources and business objects
  • Experience creating Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports
  • Strong problem - solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or other ticketing tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Knowledge of HR metrics, KPIs, and workforce analytics.
  • Prior experience in HR reporting, HRIS, or analytics roles.
  • Familiarity with Workday security and data access frameworks.
