This is a remote position.

Scanning Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to assist customers and internal teams with software and technology-related questions. The Technical Support Analyst will troubleshoot application issues, investigate reported problems, provide clear technical guidance, document resolutions, and coordinate with the appropriate teams when additional assistance is required.

This position is designed for a dependable and analytical professional who enjoys solving technology-related problems and helping users have a positive experience with business software.


Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education or certification is a plus.
* Previous technical support, help desk, software, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Comfortable learning new software applications and technology systems.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize assignments.
