Role Description

This is a Full-time, on-site role in Chicago, IL, for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager. The role includes assisting in the management of housekeeping operations, supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating daily cleaning schedules, and managing laundry services. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness quality standards, providing exceptional guest service, and supporting recruitment and training as necessary.


Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills: Experience in leading, managing, and mentoring housekeeping teams.
  • Logistical Skills: Familiarity with laundry services and overseeing operations for cleaning and maintenance activities.
