Janitorial Cleaner – West Loop, Chicago
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to join our team at a prominent property in the West Loop area of Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining clean and welcoming environments. The position starts September 15th, offering flexible shifts throughout the week to accommodate your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and office spaces
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of professional cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site
- Own a dependable cell phone for communication
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including 7 am to 3 pm, 9 am to 5 pm, or 3 pm to 11 pm, Monday through Sunday
