Tour Merchandise Managers often encounter challenges such as managing inventory across multiple venues, adapting to varying sales environments, and coordinating logistics under tight schedules. Staying organized is crucial—using inventory tracking software and maintaining clear communication with both the touring crew and local venue staff helps minimize errors. Job description

Join the largest and fastest growing independent artist merchandise company in the space, work across contemporary recording artist’s e-commerce stores, tours, retail programs, album rollouts + more.

TITOL™ is looking for a Tour Production Manager to support the planning and execution of tour merchandise programs from development through on-the-road execution. This role is built for someone who operates with a high degree of independence, anticipates needs before they become problems, and drives projects forward with minimal direction. You'll work closely with our Tour lead to ensure tour operations run smoothly, on time and at a high standard. You will serve as the key liaison between our artists, internal teams, and retail partners, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, expectations, and deliverables. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with significant growth potential within a fast-paced, creative, and entrepreneurial environment. Candidates with experience with apparel/fashion retail sales in the music industry is highly desired.

Working Environment:
In-office 5 days/week with occasional travel or on-site support required. May involve weekend or extended hours during peak seasons. Very fast-paced and detail-driven environment, with a focus on problem-solving, managing multiple parallel projects, and re-prioritizing tasks as necessary.
What You'll Do

Production & Logistics Management

  • Own end-to-end production workflows including issuing and managing POs, monitoring the sampling and production process, driving vendor timelines, and coordinating transportation of goods to the end location.

  • Ensure on-time delivery of all products to venues by proactively managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders.

  • Manage courier logistics for sample shipments and oversee freight operations for tour shipments.

  • Maintain a comprehensive view of all active projects and proactively surface updates, risks, and decisions to the Tour Production Lead before issues escalate.

Tour Operations

  • Own and maintain the touring calendar, ensuring accuracy across all ongoing and upcoming shows and events.

  • Partner closely with the Tour Production Lead on preparation and execution — both in-office and on-site during shows — operating as a reliable point of ownership, not just support.

  • Drive work-back schedules and manage day-to-day tour operations with autonomy.

  • Identify and resolve last-minute changes or issues independently, escalating strategically when needed.

Data & Financial Management

  • Manage all show-level data entry in AtVenu, including product details, images, counts, and shipment notifications — maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

  • Own the full invoice workflow: submission, tracking, and reconciliation across vendors, freight companies, and suppliers.

  • Maintain current price sheets and organized records of costing, units, and deliveries.

  • Lead post-tour evaluations and contribute to operational reporting and continuous improvement.

Who You Are
  • 3+ years of experience in tour apparel production, merchandise logistics, or a closely related field.

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-vendor projects independently and drive them across the finish line.

  • Skilled at managing up, proactively communicating status, flagging risks, and bringing solutions rather than problems.

  • Proficient in AtVenu, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to context-switch across many active projects.

  • A creative problem-solver who finds solutions and builds contingency plans without waiting to be asked.

  • Clear and professional communicator who keeps all parties aligned and informed.

  • Collaborative and dependable, with a track record of building trust with both internal teams and external partners.

  • Willing to occasionally travel or work outside standard hours during peak tour periods.
