Job description

The Tour Merchandise Specialist is a key member of the merchandising team, responsible for managing custom merchandise tailored to each tour. This role requires 100% travel for approximately 18 months, working on the road to ensure merchandise is effectively displayed, inventoried, and sold at events. The specialist supports all aspects of the merchandise operation, from inventory control to customer service and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory of custom tour merchandise
  • Execute visual merchandising and product displays
  • Replenish stock throughout events to meet demand
  • Assist customers with merchandise selection and inquiries
  • Set up merchandise areas at event venues
  • Prepare and submit sales reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in retail merchandising
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Good time management skills
