Job description

About Us:
Grow was born to tackle a critical challenge: making mental health care more effective and accessible for everyone. Since launching in 2020, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, and we've barely scratched the surface. We do it through a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Every solution we build reveals ten more waiting to be delivered, and that's just what gets us going. We've backed that ambition with more than $328M in funding, including our Series D at a $3B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, Menlo Ventures, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and others.
At Grow, the work you do can literally change someone's life. Your work here doesn't stay on a screen; it impacts whether someone can find, afford, and access quality care. That ambition sets us apart, and offers you an endless runway to impact one of the world's most urgent issues. We don't have passenger seats here. Everyone is driving something that matters.
This work deserves real commitment. So if you thrive on meeting problems head on, untangling serious complexity, and working at pace with the sharpest yet kindest people around, you've come to the right place.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Sr. Growth Manager, Strategic Partnerships to build and scale the conversion journey across our strategic partner categories-including employer / EAP, primary care (PCP), and other high-value partnership types. In this role, you'll own demand generation and qualified lead conversion end to end-accountable for both strategy and execution. You will manage paid channels, optimize the full conversion funnel, and find new growth channels that ensure we hit our scale and efficiency goals while also building strong brand recognition and favorability.
You will work closely with Strategic Partnerships, Sales, Product, Data, Finance, and Creative to develop strategies, accelerate performance outcomes against those strategies, and ultimately build this program into one of our largest, most successful growth channels. You will also own the pipeline that fuels our partnership growth and lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen our approach to lead quality, funnel health, and sustainable yet rapid growth.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned growth marketer who is scrappy yet strategic, with strong customer instincts and a bias for action, fluency across paid channels and funnel optimization, and a track record of 0→1 and 1→many. You are equally versed in how to run efficient paid programs at scale and in how to identify and build entirely new growth channels from the ground up. You're excellent at working with your Data partners to build the right architecture and enrichment levels that can scale and deliver actionable outputs.
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Build the roadmap for generating qualified leads across strategic partner categories, including employers, primary care physicians,, and other partnership types
  • Manage paid channels end to end-planning, execution, budget pacing, and optimization against efficiency and volume targets
  • Own the conversion funnel across every stage, from first touch to qualified lead, and drive continuous improvement in conversion rates and experience
  • Identify, test, and scale new growth channels to expand reach and improve efficiency
  • Create and manage learning agendas and experiment frameworks that validate performance and inform prioritization
  • Build and own growth measurement and data that ensure strategic goal-setting, in partnership with Data and Finance, including funnel analytics, CAC, lead quality, and attribution mapping
  • Collaborate deeply with Partnerships and Sales to align on target audiences, prioritization, lead quality, and optimizations
  • Evaluate channel-level and funnel-level insights to guide optimization, investment decisions, and resource allocation
  • Develop scalable systems, documentation, and workflows that support transparency, efficiency, and improved results that all of Partnerships can leverage
  • Stay current with growth trends, channel shifts, and platform capabilities to identify new opportunities for scale and efficiency

This role is based in our New York, NY hub, where we require an in-office presence three days per week.
You Will Be a Good Fit If You Have:
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand gen, or performance marketing, ideally within a consumer marketplace. Account-based experience is a plus
  • A proven track record of building and scaling lead-generation funnels that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Demonstrated expertise managing paid channels and optimizing multi-stage conversion funnels against scale and efficiency goals
  • Experience identifying and building new growth channels from the ground up
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations
  • Experience partnering closely with partnerships, sales, product, and data teams to ship against shared goals
  • A genuine obsession with the customer and a habit of grounding every decision in customer behavior and needs
  • A strategic and operational mindset, with the ability to set long-term direction while executing near-term objectives with excellence
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • A steady, proactive, solutions-oriented approach when navigating ambiguity or competing priorities
  • A relentless focus on measurable impact and driving real, measurable business growth
