Job description

Technical Support Specialist

Location: Alcobendas, Madrid, Spain

We are looking for a Live Casino Technical Support Specialist to help install, maintain, and monitor technical equipment in our studios. This role is ideal for junior or mid-level candidates who are hands-on, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and remove studio equipment following instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain studio technical equipment and ensure everything works properly.
  • Monitor cameras, audio, lighting, and other systems during operations.
  • Prepare studio setups, including panels and technical arrangements.
  • Install and maintain cables (low and high voltage).
  • Support sound system and basic acoustic setup.
  • Assist with additional technical tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Basic technical knowledge or technical studies.
  • Ability to use standard tools safely and correctly.
  • Technical experience (electrician, technician, installer, or similar) is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in gaming, audio, or video environments is an advantage.
  • Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • English and Spanish required.
  • Flexibility to work shifts
